MyMuayThai.app ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MyMuayThai mobile application and website (collectively, the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information (Provided by You)
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name and email address — used for authentication and account identification.
- Profile photo — uploaded to personalize your profile.
- Training preferences, skill level, and training goals — used to match you with trainers and camps.
- Province and district selection — coarse location data used to show relevant trainers and camps in your area. We do not collect precise GPS location.
User-Generated Content
- Chat messages — sent between students and trainers/camps via in-app messaging.
- Reviews and ratings — submitted after training sessions.
- Photos — uploaded to your profile and gallery.
Automatically Collected Data
- User ID — a unique identifier assigned by our authentication system (Supabase Auth).
- Device ID — used for push notification delivery, stored in our fcm_tokens table.
- Push notification tokens — Expo Push Tokens registered when you enable notifications.
- Usage data — pages visited and features used within the App.
Diagnostics and Crash Data (Not Linked to Your Identity)
We automatically collect diagnostics and performance data to maintain and improve the reliability of the App. This includes:
- Crash reports and error logs — stack traces and error messages generated when the App encounters an issue.
- App performance data — load times, responsiveness metrics, and other performance indicators.
- Session replay recordings — screen interaction recordings captured on approximately 10% of sessions and 100% of sessions where an error occurs. Sensitive fields such as passwords and payment information are never captured.
- Device information — operating system version, device model, and app version.
- Log data — navigation events and feature usage patterns.
This data is collected via Sentry and processed in the EU (Frankfurt). It is not linked to your identity and not used for tracking or advertising purposes.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Phone number or shipping address
- Payment or financial information (credit cards, bank accounts)
- Social network data (Facebook, Google, Instagram logins)
- Precise GPS location
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Facilitate booking of training sessions between students and trainers/camps.
- Enable in-app messaging between users.
- Send push notifications about booking status changes, new messages, and session reminders.
- Improve app reliability via crash and performance monitoring.
- Enforce content moderation policies to maintain a safe community.
- Respond to customer service requests.
We do not send newsletters, promotional emails, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Content Moderation
To maintain a safe and respectful community, we provide tools that allow users to report and block other users. The following data may be collected and stored as part of our moderation system:
- User reports — When you report another user for inappropriate content, spam, harassment, fake profiles, or offensive language, we collect the identity of the reporter, the identity of the reported user, the reason for the report, any additional details you provide, and timestamps.
- Block records — When you block another user, we store a record of the block to enforce it across the platform. Active bookings between blocked users are automatically cancelled.
- Moderation review — Reports are reviewed by our moderation team to determine appropriate action, which may include warnings, content removal, or account suspension.
Moderation data is retained for as long as necessary to ensure platform safety. We may disclose moderation records to law enforcement authorities if required by applicable law or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our users.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

Each service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
5. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share your information in the following situations:
- With trainers/students — When you book a session, relevant profile information is shared with the other party to facilitate training.
- By law or to protect rights — If we believe the release of information is necessary to respond to legal process, investigate violations of our policies, or protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
- Third-party service providers — As described in Section 4, we share data with services that operate the App on our behalf.
6. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time:
- In the App: Tap your profile icon → "Delete Account" → confirm deletion.
- By email: Contact us at info@mymuaythai.app.
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed: your authentication record, profile information, bookings, messages, reviews, uploaded files, and push notification tokens. You will be immediately logged out.
7. Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). While we take reasonable steps to secure your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. Due to user-generated content features (chat messaging, reviews), the App is rated 13+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us.
9. Your Rights Under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand, you have the following rights:
- Right to be informed: To be informed about the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data.
- Right of access: To obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Right to rectification: To request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Right to erasure: To request deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances.

- Right to object: To object to processing under certain circumstances.
